October 2016, we embarked on the beginning of our travel journey with the celebration of our 20th wedding anniversary in Montego Bay, Jamaica with 50 of our closest friends at Half Moon Resort. It celebrated the love of my life for the last 20 years and started our journey to see the world in the coming two years. The Half Moon Resort knows how to celebrate! Our all white party was made exceptional with a phenomenal DJ, the most delicious food you can ever imagine (thank you Half Moon) and a guest list of fun loving people who wanted to party. There wasn’t a person who did not dance that night.

The week started with a catamaran ride, complete with snorkeling and snacks; a trip to Negril for a stop on the Negril beach and lunch and cocktails at Rick’s Café in their private cabanas and pool to watch the cliff divers tempt fate – thankfully the divers won this time. We returned to our ocean front villas to host a spectacular bonfire on the beach for the family arriving for the weekend.

We are blessed to have honored and loved each other the last twenty years and even more blessed to have family and friends join us on this journey.
